Credit Management Project Manager M/F

DESCRIPTION

CreditJob, a recruitment agency dedicated to customer risk management professions, is looking for, on behalf of a software publisher specializing in Credit Management, a Junior Project Manager M/F.

As part of the project team, you will support clients in the implementation of a software solution dedicated to collection and Credit Management. You will be involved in the entire project cycle, from understanding needs to the deployment of the solution and user training.

Your missions:

• Collect and analyze client needs in order to define the objectives and scope of the projects.
• Develop specifications, project plans, schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinate various internal and external stakeholders and ensure project monitoring.
• Act as a link between the business and IT teams to ensure the proper execution of the various stages.
• Organize and lead progress meetings, monitor indicators, and communicate regularly with stakeholders.
• Anticipate and manage risks, potential problems, and unforeseen events that could impact the project's deadlines or quality.
• Participate in the writing and monitoring of functional and technical specifications.
• Prepare and support the Go-live of the solution, notably through testing and acceptance phases.
• Train future users and support them in taking charge of and optimizing the solution.
• Identify anomalies, evolution needs, and areas for improvement for tools, processes, and methods.
• Ensure compliance with the contractual scope of the services provided and contribute to the monitoring of their invoicing.
• Participate, alongside a Senior Project Manager, in the implementation of more complex client projects.
• Occasionally provide support to the support department.
• Conduct monitoring of technological and functional evolutions of the solution and Credit Management practices.
• Occasionally participate in communication actions: trade fairs, webinars, podcasts, etc.

Your profile: With a minimum of a Bac+2/3 degree in accounting, management, IT, or a related field, you have experience in Credit Management, BtoB collection, or a similar business environment. You wish to evolve into a position combining project management, client support, and a software environment. Ideally, you have initial experience in an ERP, CRM, SaaS, or business software environment and possess a good understanding of information systems and user-related issues. You master project management principles and tools and are comfortable with monitoring schedules, priorities, and various stakeholders. You are recognized for your rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills. Your excellent interpersonal skills, listening ability, and communication ease allow you to interact effectively with various interlocutors. Curious, proactive, and endowed with a good analytical mind, you enjoy technological environments and are naturally oriented towards finding solutions. Proficiency in professional English, both written and spoken, is necessary.
