Assistant Accounting Manager M/F

DESCRIPTION

Your missions:

Reporting to the Administrative and Accounting Manager, you will contribute to the management of accounting and financial activities across several entities.

• Supervise a team of two employees.
• Organize priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support the skill development of the team.
• Guarantee the quality of the work produced.
• Supervise monthly and annual accounting closings.
• Control closing entries and review operations.
• Produce financial statements for several entities.
• Prepare reporting intended for the group in a context of French and international standards.
• Ensure compliance with tax obligations.
• Participate in audits and exchanges with the Commissaires aux Comptes.
• Contribute to the strengthening of internal control mechanisms.
• Supervise daily treasury operations.
• Monitor cash flow forecasts and bank reconciliations.
• Identify optimization opportunities to improve reliability and automate processes.

REQUIREMENTS

This position is for you if:

• You hold a higher education degree in Accounting or Finance.
• You have solid expertise in general accounting and closings.
• You have already supervised a team.
• You are comfortable in an international environment and can intervene in English during regular meetings.
• You master IFRS and French standards.
