STRATEGY & MARKET DEVELOPMENT ANALYST

For an innovative company active within the sustainable energy and agriculture sector, we are looking for a Strategy & Market Development Analyst.

In this strategic and analytical role, you will research new market opportunities and sustainable business models. You will combine technical, economic, and market analyses to formulate strategic recommendations and contribute to building innovative solutions within the energy and environmental sector.

Your tasks

Strategic analysis

• You research complex issues surrounding sustainability, energy, agriculture, and circularity.
• You analyze new markets, technologies, and business models.
• You translate technical, scientific, and economic information into substantiated business cases.

Business development

• You identify opportunities for new products, applications, and revenue models.
• You support strategic investment decisions with clear analyses.
• You research how sustainable solutions can create economic and social added value.

Project work & collaboration

• You collaborate with clients, research institutions, experts, and government agencies.
• You support the development and implementation of innovative projects.
• You monitor relevant developments in regulation and market trends.

Profile

• You hold a master's degree.
• You have initial relevant work experience within consultancy, engineering, financial analysis, sustainability, or a similar analytical environment.
• You are highly analytical and work accurately.
• You have an interest in sustainability, energy, agriculture, and innovation.
• You can process complex information and translate it into clear recommendations.
• You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and result-oriented.
• You communicate professionally in English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• You work smoothly independently but also function excellently in multidisciplinary teams.
