LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

For a growing and innovative company within the food sector, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator.

You are responsible for the entire order process: from receipt and processing to planning, production follow-up, and delivery to the customer.

Your tasks:

• Processing incoming orders in the logistics system.
• Directing and following up on production in consultation with line managers.
• Planning and organization of outgoing transports to customers and distributors.
• Requesting transport from external carriers and directing own drivers.
• First point of contact for customers and distributors.
• Handling and following up on complaints.
• Experience in logistics is a plus.
• You possess logistics knowledge (through education or experience).
• Very good knowledge of French required, good knowledge of English.
• Customer-oriented and strong communicator.
• Stress-resistant and able to remain calm during busy periods.
• Flexible mindset.
