IMPACT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST

For an innovative company active within the sustainable energy and agriculture sectors, we are looking for an Impact & Business Development Analyst.

In this strategic role, you will analyze the economic, social, and ecological impact of innovative technologies. You will combine market analyses, business development, and techno-economic research to identify new growth opportunities and develop sustainable business cases.

You will work at the intersection of sustainability, innovation, strategy, and market development.

Your tasks

Impact analysis & research

• You research complex issues surrounding sustainability, energy, agriculture, and circularity.
• You analyze the economic, social, and ecological impact of innovative technologies.
• You monitor developments regarding regulation, environment, and market trends.
• You collect, interpret, and process technical, scientific, and economic data.

Business development

• You translate analyses into business cases, investment advice, and strategic recommendations.
• You identify opportunities for new products, applications, markets, and revenue models.
• You support the development of innovative projects and growth strategies.
• You contribute to the further valorization of sustainable technologies.

Collaboration & stakeholder management

• You collaborate with clients, research institutions, experts, and government agencies.
• You contribute to building strategic partnerships.
• You support the realization of innovative projects from analysis to implementation.
• You hold a master's degree.
• You have initial relevant work experience within consultancy, engineering, sustainability, business development, or another analytical environment.
• You have a strong interest in sustainability, energy, agriculture, innovation, and strategy.
• You are analytically strong and work very accurately.
• You can convert complex information into clear recommendations and business cases.
• You are entrepreneurial, proactive, and result-oriented.
• You communicate professionally in English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• You work independently but also function excellently within multidisciplinary teams.
