🔧 YOUR ROLE
You will play a key role in driving business growth by introducing innovative BMS and building automation solutions to commercial, industrial, and high-value building projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads
- Promote BMS, automation, HVAC controls, and smart building solutions
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through negotiation and closing
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Build a strong pipeline and achieve sales targets
🌟 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in BMS / Building Automation / HVAC Controls / ELV / M&E / Controls / Automation
- Confident in client-facing and business development activities
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Able to understand technical solutions and translate them into customer value
- Experienced in dealing with consultants, contractors, developers, or end users
- Self-motivated, proactive, and hungry to win new business
- Experience in BMS, smart buildings, HVAC controls, or automation products is highly preferred.
