Urgent: Project Executive (Manufacturing/MNC/EMS)

Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring smooth delivery through progress tracking and timely reporting on status, budget variances, risks, and exceptions. Partner with senior leadership to design strategic programs and exercise influence to ensure project initiatives align with overall business objectives. Translate strategic plans into clearly defined project scope, objectives, budgets, timelines, and technical requirements. Identify, assess, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle to safeguard successful delivery. Monitor program and project performance across both internal teams and external service providers. Manage and resolve escalations with vendors and customers in a professional and effective manner.

Requirements: Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent professional background. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent credential is preferred. At least 3 years of proven experience within the manufacturing industry. Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through completion. Strong business acumen with the capability to engage and manage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
