Urgent hiring: QA Engineer (MRB/RMA/OSV)

Your tasks

• Lead and work closely with the MRB team on OSV activities, supporting supplier requests prior to initiating RMA or RTV processes.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and suppliers to foster a strong quality-focused culture and drive toward zero-defect product quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers to expedite the return of defective materials, follow up on disposition plans and Failure Analysis (FA) reports, and communicate findings with relevant internal stakeholders, including SCM, Quality, Process, and Engineering teams.
• Understand customer manufacturing quality requirements and business agreements, and work effectively with suppliers to resolve production-line quality issues and material rejections.
• Investigate supplier quality issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards, and applicable quality management system requirements.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Quality Assurance, or MRB operations.
• Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, SPC, and Control Plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IPC standards, and customer-specific quality requirements is preferred.
