Presales (IT/Cloud Solutions - East)

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose scalable, cost-effective cloud and IT solutions
• Design end-to-end solutions across cloud, infrastructure, and security domains, including technical proposals and solution architectures
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to customers
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams for solution validation, sizing, pricing, and implementation support
• Support RFP/RFI submissions, SOW documentation, and stay updated on cloud technologies and market trends

Job Requirements

• Min diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Relevant experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting within cloud or IT services
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP is an advantage), solution design, proposal writing, and costing
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
