Motion Control Engineer (Mechatronic Systems / Semicon)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechatronic systems for semiconductor equipment, focusing on motion control.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical and software engineering teams across global development sites.
• Provide advanced technical support to production, field and customer sites.
• Commission, test, qualify and document mechatronic and motion control systems.
• Set up laboratory test equipment and support cross-functional testing activities.
• Participate in system architecture and conceptual design development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Mechatronics, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience, semiconductor equipment experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of control theory, motion control, sensors and motors.
• Familiarity with mechanics, dynamics and machine vision is preferred.
• Basic C++ programming knowledge is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of electronics.
• Proficient in MATLAB.
