[MNC] Senior/ E-Commerce Executive (Brand.com, Ecommerce Operation)

Responsibilities Responsible for driving company brand.com ecommerce sales Develop and execute e-commerce strategy and ensure profitability of company brand.com Attend to all customers' online sales enquiries and feedback Work with marketing team on marketing campaigns & promotions Develop and implement ecommerce online campaigns to drive sales conversion Ensure smooth customer buying journey online Work with logistics department to ensure smooth operations in terms of order fulfillment and order delivery To monitor performance analysis and webpage enhancement Gather and review insights, best practices, new social selling initiatives, etc. Assist in developing and improving SOPs Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned Requirements Bachelor or Diploma in Marketing/ Digital Marketing or equivalent At least 2 - 3 year of e-commerce operations experience, preferably from FMCG industry background Prior experience in managing brand.com e-commerce operations will be ideal Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please send in your resumes to gs1@talenttradersg.com
