M&E Engineer (Building Facility/Grade A/Commercial)

Job Responsibilities Lead M&E technicians and oversee daily building operations. Manage ACMV, electrical, fire protection, BMS, plumbing and sanitary systems. Plan and monitor maintenance works and contractors. Manage maintenance contracts, repairs, procurement and CAPEX projects. Coordinate tenant fit-outs and ensure M&E/statutory compliance. Handle tenant feedback, inspections and regulatory requirements. Monitor utilities and support energy-saving initiatives. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of relevant M&E experience. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
