Infrastructure & Systems Operations Engineer (Urgent)

Responsibilities Manage and support enterprise Windows and Linux server infrastructure to ensure system availability and stability.

Perform server deployment, configuration, upgrades, migrations, and ongoing maintenance.

Manage VMware environments, including VM provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and patching.

Execute server and system patching activities, including testing, deployment, validation, and rollback planning.

Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, and proactively address potential infrastructure issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve server, operating system, virtualization, and infrastructure-related incidents.

Support Active Directory, domain controllers, file servers, and other core infrastructure services.

Work with internal teams and external vendors on infrastructure projects, technical issues, and urgent incidents.

Requirements Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in systems/infrastructure engineering, deployment, or implementation.

Experience working in an enterprise or System Integrator (SI) environment.

Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and file servers.

Experience with VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter is preferred.

Knowledge of server patching, monitoring, incident management, and change management.

Strong troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach.

Willing to provide standby/on-call support when required.
