Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain the Company's HSEQ Management Systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and other applicable legislation.
- Promote safety awareness and good HSE practices across the organisation.
- Conduct risk assessments, HSE training, incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies on licences, permits and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
- Lead and coordinate internal, external and certification audits.
- Manage CAPA arising from non-conformances, quality issues and customer complaints.
- Monitor quality KPIs, defects, rework and process deviations, and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Production and other departments to improve process consistency, product quality and safety performance.
- Maintain accurate HSEQ documentation, records and reports.
- Provide HSEQ updates, findings and recommendations to Management.
- Travel to other operating sites when required.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HSE, Quality or HSEQ, preferably within a manufacturing/plant environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Experience in ISO implementation, compliance and audit/certification processes.
- Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations.
- Experience in internal/external audits, CAPA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
