Equipment Development Engineer (Mechatronic System)

Responsibilities: Prepare engineering documentation such as drawings and BOMs Design and develop precision fixtures and mechatronic systems using CAD Translate requirements into reliable, manufacturable engineering solutions Assemble, calibrate, test, and optimise equipment for performance and stability Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely project delivery

Requirements: Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering Experience with opto-mechatronic systems, including assembly, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting CAD proficiency, preferably Siemens NX; 2–5 years of relevant hands-on experience Knowledge of precision mechanics, tolerancing, automation, and system design Basic electronics knowledge, including sensors, actuators, and wiring Experience in motion/optical system calibration and alignment
