Building Executive / Senior Building Executive (Commercial Buildings)

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct daily building inspections and coordinate rectification works to ensure the property remains safe, clean, and serviceable.
• Manage soft services and building operations, including security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, carpark, irrigation, lifting systems, defects, and fire safety.
• Coordinate with M&E teams and term contractors on maintenance, inspections, testing, fit-out, reinstatement, and scheduled servicing works.
• Support building administration, procurement, contract management, budgeting, CAPEX planning, and maintenance of proper records and documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders, attend to feedback and emergencies, and support fire drills and emergency response activities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Building Management & Services or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience managing commercial buildings, preferably Grade A properties.
• Strong knowledge of building operations, soft services, contractor coordination, fire safety, and facilities management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project, and PMP certification would be an added advantage.
