Business Development Manager

Talent Tech is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong IT consulting background to expand our client network, build strategic partnerships, and drive company growth.

Job Requirements Minimum 3.5 years of experience as an IT Consultant, with a strong understanding of IT solutions and services. Experience in business development, sales, or account management (a plus). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Target-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).

Job Description Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across IT consulting, talent solutions, and digital services. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, strategic partners, and key stakeholders. Collaborate with the recruitment and HR operations teams to ensure client requirements are met. Develop sales strategies and business development plans to achieve company revenue targets. Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking activities. Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports to management.
