Customer Service Representative required for a manufacturing company in Kiryat Gat

A large manufacturing company in Kiryat Gat requires a Customer Service and Administration Representative. Within the framework of the role: • Receiving bags and packages arriving daily from Doar Israel. • Receiving packages into a computerized system and tracking their delivery. • Handling and returning incorrect packages. • Managing inventory and ongoing equipment. • Providing service to employees and handling ongoing inquiries. Conditions: Sunday-Thursday only. • Working hours: 08:00-15:45. • Hourly wage + meals on-site + travel expenses according to law • Basic computer knowledge and Office applications. • Basic level of English. • Experience in customer service - an advantage. • Ability to work independently and high personal responsibility.
