Mechanical Assembly Team Leader Required - Beit Shemesh

A leading engineering and project management company in Beit Shemesh is looking for a Mechanical Assembly Team Leader. As part of the role: *Disassembly, assembly, installation, and anchoring of industrial machines. *Technical work according to drawings in English (basic English). *Use of manual and electric tools. *Teamwork and leading tasks in the field. *Responsibility for implementing the work according to drawings and work plans. *Safety shoes and work clothes are provided by the company. *Starting work is conditional upon passing a working at heights course (one day only) at the company's expense. Conditions: Hourly wage 60 ₪ + meal allowance 40 ₪ per day + travel reimbursement 40 ₪ per day + overtime. Working hours: Sun-Thu 07:00-17:00 *Experience working with tools such as rotary hammer, drill, and grinders. *Experience reading technical drawings in English - mandatory. *Basic level technical English. *Previous experience in construction sites, industrial projects, or assembly plants - significant advantage.
