Process Engineer

European MNC Location: Ang Mo Kio

• Involve in evaluation of new equipment, products, process and materials
• Sustain and control existing manufacturing processes
• Conduct process investigation and resolution due to production issues or customer complaints
• Support manufacturing activities related to process control, equipment, quality and shipment requirement
• Monitor process variables, analyze deviations and variations and implement corrective & preventive actions
• Drive continuous improvements from process yield, cost savings, OTD and MES implementation
• Involve with cross-functional teams to develop and improve processes
• Update FMEA, Control Plan and SOP workflow
• Work with supliers to support manufacturing processes, equipment development, automation initiatives, and Industry 4.0 transformation projects.

Requirement

• Degree in Engineering
• 3 years of process engineering experience in the backend semiconductor industry preferably wiith knowledge of interconnect and assembly processes
• Bonding wire process / material characterization experience
• Strong troubleshooting and solving skills using statistical tools (SPC, Minitab and JMP)
• Understand and apply root cause analysis methodologies using Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, DOE
