Job Title: Direct Sales Executive (Fintech Products) Industry: Financial Services Location: Lagos & Abuja Salary: Negotiable + Commissions
Our client, a fast-growing financial services/fintech company, is hiring driven Direct Sales Executives to acquire and onboard customers for their fintech products across Lagos and Abuja.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell fintech products directly to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through field sales, referrals, and partnerships.
- Educate prospects on product features, benefits, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pitches, and conversions.
- Provide feedback from the market to improve product positioning.
Requirements
- Minimum OND qualification. HND/B.Sc is an added advantage.
- 1+ years experience in direct sales, field sales, or fintech sales preferred, but fresh, aggressive graduates will be considered.
- Strong persuasive and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.
- Must reside in Lagos or Abuja.
