Senior Treasury Associate

We are looking for a Senior Treasury Associate to join Meta-X , leading investment company in Armenia, to manage cash flows, and ensure seamless financial operations and institutional banking relations.

Approve financial transactions within authorized authority limits.

Oversee comprehensive cash flow planning, forecasting, and liquidity control across all accounts.

Supervise cash inflows and outflows across banking systems and financial infrastructures.

Perform daily reconciliations of all bank and institutional cash accounts against back-office (BO) systems and accounting ledgers.

Prepare and distribute daily cash reconciliation reports to flag balance updates and track discrepancies.

Prepare and submit Management Information (MI) metrics and regulatory supervisory reports.

Manage, nurture, and expand strategic relationships with partner banks, financial institutions, brokers, and market counterparties.

Partner closely with Trading, Client Services, and Post-Trade Operations teams to guarantee smooth, error-free transaction settlements.

Escalate operational risks, settlement bottlenecks, or ledger mismatches proactively to safeguard institutional assets.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

2–4 years of progressive treasury or financial operations experience within the banking, investment, or financial services sector.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, financial software and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structural planning capabilities.

Proven time management skills with a track record of prioritizing critical tasks under strict deadlines.

Exceptional communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and an uncompromised sense of professional accountability.

Native Armenian, with excellent professional fluency in English and Russian across reading, writing, and speaking.
