Warehouse Executive $3000 - $3500 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri) Woodlands Job Responsibilities: Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control and dispatch Receive and inspect incoming goods against delivery documents Label, sort and store goods accurately Update inventory records and perform regular stock counts Prepare GRN, delivery and inventory records Coordinate deliveries and stock movements Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment Handle returned or damaged goods Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with workplace safety standards Liaise with internal departments and perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Familiar with warehouse operations and inventory control Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Excel is an advantage Good communication and coordination skills Able to work independently and meet deadlines
