5 days HR Manager up to $9000

HR Manager Mon – Fri, 9:30am – 6:30pm $7,000 – $9,000 Tampines Responsibilities Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding Handle daily HR operations and administration Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and HR regulations Manage recruitment and coordinate hiring processes Support employee relations, counselling, and disciplinary matters Support performance management and employee development Work closely with Management on HR matters and process improvements Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records Liaise with external vendors and government agencies when required Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirements Degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or related field Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in SME environment Experience handling full-spectrum HR independently Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations Able to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Mature, hands-on, and practical mindset Comfortable working closely with Management team
