Assistant Product Engineer (NPI) $2,800 – $3,500 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon to Fri) Location: Joo Koon Job Responsibilities: Support new product introduction (NPI) and ongoing product development activities Assist in improving manufacturing and production processes for better efficiency and quality Collaborate with engineers and production operators to test, validate, and enhance products Perform regular machine checks and coordinate preventive maintenance activities Inspect tools and equipment, and report any abnormalities or defects Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications Support First Article (FA) builds and prepare related documentation and reports Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues to minimize downtime Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve project targets Job Requirements: Diploma in Engineering or a related field Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities
