ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Head of Operation who, together with us, wants to develop the company into the leading company in automated ad trading in Europe. You thrive in a leadership role and can handle personnel responsibility as the manager for the entire delivery and associated processes. You are driven and work operationally hands-on with structure, processes, and flows.

DUTIES

Delegate, motivate, and ensure that delivery is constantly developed and improved. Ensure that processes, structure, and flows are improved, thereby making the department more efficient.
