Production Process Operative

Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm £31,000 per annum Farnham, Surrey

Not a morning person? This one starts at 10am, Monday to Friday, on £31,000. A respected UK health brand in Farnham is growing its production team. We need a Process Operative to help make their live bacteria supplements. It's hands-on work in a clean, controlled environment where getting every batch right really matters. You don't need to have worked in fermentation. What matters is that you've worked in production somewhere, such as food, drink, pharmaceutical or manufacturing. You should be comfortable following procedures and keeping accurate records.

The day to day

• Supporting the brewing and fermentation process in line with SOPs
• Monitoring temperature, pH and pressure
• Cleaning and sanitising equipment and work areas
• Completing batch records and logging any issues
• Helping troubleshoot equipment and improve how things are done

About you

• Production, manufacturing or laboratory experience
• Someone who follows procedures carefully and takes pride in quality
• Reliable, adaptable and a good team player
• GCSE level education
• Full UK driving licence
• Fermentation, brewing or basic Excel experience would be a plus.
