Your tasks
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations.
- Plan manpower allocation and shift schedules.
- Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
- Ensure operational targets and KPIs are met.
- Resolve operational issues during shifts.
- Train and guide staff on SOPs, WMS and workplace safety.
Requirements
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse systems is an advantage.
- Forklift license is an advantage.
