Telemarketing Executive

Job Description We are looking for a confident and outgoing Telemarketing Executive / Customer Service Executive to join a financial services company. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, following up on leads, explaining available financial products and supporting customers throughout the application process. Responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries and follow up on leads via phone. Introduce and explain the company’s loan products and services. Follow up with interested customers and assist with the application process. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. Work towards assigned sales and conversion targets. Provide professional customer service and handle objections effectively.

Requirements No prior experience required; training will be provided. Candidates with telemarketing, telesales or customer service experience will have an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Sales-driven with a positive attitude.
