Technician (Central/5.5 work days)

Your tasks

• Carry out regular maintenance and servicing of building facilities, machinery and equipment.
• Attend to repair works, equipment breakdowns and tenants’ maintenance requests.
• Monitor building systems, including BMS, chillers and cooling towers.
• Maintain maintenance records and track spare parts usage.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with equipment installation or relocation.
• Report equipment defects, safety issues and major repair requirements to management.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements

Minimum NITEC in building services / Mechanical & Engineering with relevant working experience in retail / commercial / hospitality properties.

What we offer

• Basic Salary up to $2,400
• AWS + VB + 14 AL + Other fixed allowances
• Working days: 5.5 days/week (roster)
• Able to commit to shift work (including Sat, Sun and Public Holidays)
