Senior Warehouse Assistant/ Team Leader

Work Details:

• 4-3-3-4 work arrangement (8am to 8pm)
• Location: Sunview (Company transport provided)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth shift activities.
• Allocate manpower and manage shift schedules to meet operational needs and productivity targets.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure operational targets are achieved.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams when necessary.
• Oversee inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, dispatch, and loading.
• Train and guide warehouse staff on SOPs, WMS usage, and workplace safety procedures.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance to maintain productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have forklift license.
