Retail Leasing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage new leases, renewals and tenancy documentation for retail units.
• Handle tenant enquiries, fit-out coordination, handovers and tenancy-related matters.
• Conduct market research and review rental trends and tenant mix.
• Maintain relationships with tenants, agents and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare leasing reports and support rental, arrears and deposit-related matters.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant leasing experience; retail or shopping mall exposure preferred.
• CEA/RES qualified or eligible for salesperson registration.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good attention to detail and comfortable handling leasing documentation.
