Retail Associate

Responsibilities: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain accurate customer prescription, work order and payment records. Assist with inventory receiving and stock replenishment. Support day-to-day retail store operations.

Requirements: Customer service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills. Prior retail, sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but training will be provided. Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and Public Holidays. Able to work in a retail environment with extended operating hours.
