QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Plumbing & Sanitary)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender submissions, BOQ, tender drawings, material specifications, P&S plans, shop drawings, and other required documents.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Carry out quantity measurements and cost estimates.
• Liaise with managers, team members, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Handle purchasing and inventory management.
• Perform general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience , preferably in Plumbing & Sanitary..
• Proficient in Cubicost TME and/or AutoCAD .
