QC / QA Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a  QC / QA Executive  to support quality control activities in the  Food & Beverage (F&B) industry . The role will be responsible for conducting laboratory and production-line testing, ensuring raw materials and finished products meet established quality and food safety standards, and maintaining accurate QC documentation. What You'll Be Doing Perform  in-house QC laboratory tests  such as pH, fat analysis, acidity, solubility, wettability, scorched particles, and FOC (flavour, odour & colour).

Conduct  in-process quality checks  by collecting production samples and recording results.

Perform  production floor, hygiene, GMP, environmental, and hand-swab inspections .

Check  raw material and finished-product COAs  against specifications.

Prepare  R&D, trial, customer, and retention samples  and coordinate testing with external laboratories.

Maintain  laboratory equipment, test results, QC records, and documentation  accurately.

Handle  quality non-conformances, rejected materials, investigations, and corrective actions .

Support  audits, SFA testing, export certification, and Halal documentation .

Work closely with  Production and Warehouse teams  to resolve quality issues and maintain product standards.

Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QAQC

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
