QA Executive

Job Summary Location: Choa Chu Kang Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:30PM What You'll Be Doing Quality Control: Manage daily QA/QC activities, including incoming, in-process and outgoing inspections.

Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, QMS, WSH and regulatory requirements , and support internal/external audits.

Customer & Complaints: Handle customer enquiries, complaints and product rejections; investigate root causes and recommend CAPA.

Product & Process Improvement: Evaluate tender samples, support product/material development, technical specifications and continuous improvement projects.

Documentation & Training: Manage quality documentation, SOPs and document control; support quality, regulatory and WSH-related training.

Laboratory & Technical Support: Support laboratory activities, testing equipment maintenance, facility/engineering projects and risk assessments.

Key Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication, stakeholder management and ability to manage multiple priorities. MS Office and Microsoft Power Platform knowledge is preferred.

Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QAQC

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
