Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce pies, tarts, and other bakery products according to approved recipes.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production guidelines.
• Ensure all baked products meet quality standards for taste, texture, appearance, and portion size.
• Complete daily production tasks within the required timelines.
• Accurately weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
• Check ingredient availability and report any shortages promptly.
• Ensure ingredients are properly stored, labelled, and rotated according to the First In, First Out (FIFO) system.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant baking experience.

• Basic salary up to $3000 ; Gross salary up to $3500
• Location: Mactaggart (Tai Seng)
