Responsibilities Manage daily mall operations, maintenance and preventive maintenance programmes.

Conduct safety inspections and ensure vendors comply with relevant authority regulations and MCST requirements.

Manage facilities budget and recovery of tenants’ utility arrears.

Support ESG and energy management initiatives.

Maintain good relationships with tenants, service providers and other stakeholders.

Ensure tenancy fit-outs comply with approved plans and authority requirements.

Manage MCST stakeholders, by-laws, EOGMs, AGMs and License Agreements.

Manage term contracts and renewals to ensure consistent vendor performance.

Handle incidents, disputes and claims relating to retail and strata management matters.

Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail Management.

Experience with MCST buildings and familiarity with BMSMA.
