Contract Period: 1 Sep to 30 Oct Job Scopes: Plan and coordinate the engagement of judges and mentors. Manage invitations, confirmations, schedules and communications. Coordinate briefing sessions and provide judges/mentors with programme information. Manage event-day registration, check-in, attendance and operational requirements. Handle queries, last-minute changes and any issues that arise. Coordinate with internal teams such as registration, hospitality and event operations.
