Head of Information Technology

Key Responsibilities Lead the overall IT strategy, roadmap and day-to-day technology operations. Drive digital transformation initiatives, including AI, automation and process improvement. Oversee SAP and other enterprise systems, including implementation, optimisation, integration and user support. Manage IT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery. Drive business intelligence, reporting, data analytics and system integration initiatives. Lead end-to-end IT projects and manage technology vendors, contracts and budgets. Partner with business functions to identify technology solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency. Lead and develop the internal IT team.

Requirements Around 10 years of relevant IT experience, with strong experience in an IT leadership or senior management capacity. Strong hands-on SAP implementation, optimisation and integration experience. Proven experience leading digital transformation and enterprise technology projects. Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and IT operations. Strong stakeholder, project and vendor management skills. Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, distribution, logistics, warehousing or other operational environments will be advantageous.
