Facilities Project Manager (3-months Contract | Night Shift)

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee renovation, construction and maintenance projects carried out during night shifts.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, vendors and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with approved timelines, budgets, quality and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, identify potential hazards and implement appropriate safety measures.
• Review project drawings, scope of work and material submissions to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, ISO 45001 standards and company policies.
• Lead night-site meetings and prepare relevant documentation, including progress reports, photographs and meeting minutes.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues, escalating concerns to management when necessary.
• Provide daily project updates and handover reports to the day team and management.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation or building maintenance.
• At least 1 year of experience in workplace safety management and/or renovation project supervision.
• Possess Occupational Health and Safety certification or equivalent.
• Possess Working at Height (WAH) training and valid Occupational First Aid (OFA) certification.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety regulations and construction site practices.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Must be willing to work on a permanent night shift, including weekends and public holidays when required.
