Customer Service (hotel)

Benefits: Basic salary up to $3,200 12-hour rotating shifts (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am) Responsibilities: Handle front office operations, including guest check-in/out and room status updates. Perform cashiering, payment collection and shift closing. Attend to guest enquiries via phone, email and counter. Assist with reservations, room checks and other hotel operations as required.
