Business Development Executive

Job Details: 5 day work week

Salary: Up to $4200

Key Responsibilities: Assess clients’ needs and admission requirements to support appropriate service planning

Conduct market and competitor research with the Business Development and Community Engagement teams to identify growth opportunities and industry trends

Develop and maintain partnerships with healthcare institutions, medical professionals, government agencies, and community organisations to strengthen referral channels

Oversee referral management, concierge services, and customer service processes to ensure a smooth experience for residents and their families

Maintain accurate resident records, prepare communication materials, and manage feedback channels to uphold service and brand standards

Support the development and review of policies, procedures, and marketing initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness

Monitor departmental budgets, prepare regular and ad hoc reports, and ensure resources are used efficiently

Requirements: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to handle customer enquiries and resolve issues effectively
