Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily application support operations, ensuring system stability, availability and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Provide Level 2 (L2) support, including troubleshooting, incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Oversee application maintenance, system upgrades, user access management and testing activities.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to improve application support processes and operational efficiency.
• Lead the implementation and improvement of AI-powered chatbots, virtual agents and automated support workflows.
• Maintain technical knowledge bases, troubleshooting guides and self-service support resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on application enhancements, security remediation and system improvements.
• Monitor service performance, identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in application support or IT service management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience in L2 application support, programming and application automation systems.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, SQL, PowerShell or equivalent.
• Experience implementing support automation, AI chatbots or virtual-agent solutions.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or Freshservice.
• Experience in knowledge management, technical documentation and ITIL-based support processes.
• ITIL Foundation certification is required.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

What we offer

• Basic Salary: Up to $8,500
• Bonuses: Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) + 3–6 months Performance Bonus
