UAT Tester - Financial Industry - Up to S$4k (1 year contract)

Job Description: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test execution, issue logging, and validation of system enhancements. Engage Recruitment Manager and business users to gather feedback, requirements, and suggestions for system improvements. Assist in tracking, consolidating, and following up on defects, enhancement requests, and testing outcomes. Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate testing, training, and change management activities. Prepare reports, user feedback summaries, and project updates for management review. Support communication and engagement efforts to drive awareness and adoption across the agency force. Assist in documenting business processes, user guides, and testing materials where required Requirements: Minimum 1 year of UAT experience Knowledge of HR recruitment activities will be a plus
