Job Description: Support UAT for Joint Sales Initiative (including test plan review, execution, results verification) Trouble shoot, raise JIRA ticket for defects identified, ensuring all tickets are retested and closed Ensure UAT is carried out correctly and timely Staff will be trained in the Orphan assignment, TOP and Persistency module (to support the UAT) Support in daily BAU, this will help the staff with on hands experience making the UAT more meaningful Requirements: Some experience doing UAT in the insurance industry
