As we continue to expand, we are looking for a warehouse supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient flow of inventory across our retail network.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.

Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular audits and cycle counts.

Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment to support retail store operations.

Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.

Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.

Prepare and maintain operational reports and inventory records.

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse supervision and inventory management

Experience handling e-commerce operations and order fulfillment

Previous experience in fashion retail is preferred

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Excel and warehouse management systems

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
