Senior BIM Architect Engineer

Description

Talent360 is seeking a highly skilled senior BIM architect engineer to join their team. In this role, you will lead BIM processes, ensure high-quality model delivery, and support project teams in optimizing engineering workflows using advanced BIM methodologies.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with project teams to define BIM objectives, strategies, and execution plans

Oversee the development and production of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Review BIM models to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications

Provide technical support and guidance on BIM-related challenges

Develop and deliver BIM training programs for internal teams

Perform quality control checks on BIM deliverables

Coordinate across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines within BIM models

Mentor junior BIM engineers and support their professional development

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in architecture

5–8 years of experience in BIM and architectural engineering

Strong hands-on experience with Revit and Navisworks (mandatory)

Solid experience in shop drawings across multiple projects

Ability to create and manage BIM families

Strong understanding of BIM workflows and multi-disciplinary model coordination

Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills

Ability to work collaboratively within project teams
