About the role

As a retail sales associate at Talent 360, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their shopping journey, promoting products, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and contributing to the achievement of store sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide a friendly, engaging, and personalized shopping experience.

Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs and preferences.

Achieve individual and store sales targets while maximizing sales opportunities.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards and ensure products are displayed attractively.

Support stock replenishment, inventory counts, and merchandise organization.

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and promotions.

Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
