Job Title: Retail Associate
Location: Jurong Point, Singapore
Working Days/Hours: 5 or 6 days per week, 44 hours work week
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Associate to join our team at Jurong Point. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of retail experience and a positive, professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store
- Replenish stock and ensure products are well displayed
- Assist in inventory checks and stocktaking
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support store operations to meet sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, responsible, and a team player
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays as rostered
- Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
